Who we are
The 26.8 acre parcel of land will allow for the creation of three (3) regulation-size outdoor athletic fields as well as a 124,000 square foot building enclosing one (1) full size indoor athletic field, one (1) full size box lacrosse/multi-purpose indoor field, one (1) 1,200 square foot restaurant, fourteen (14) indoor pickleball courts, and 429 parking spots for visitors.
Indoor Facility
The indoor facility will be a 124,000 square foot, two story building to allow for year round use of The Plex. The structure will include: a full size athletic field (1), a box lacrosse/multi-purpose field, (1), pickleball courts (14), an overlook viewing area, multi-use space, a restaurant, and office space.
First Floor
The first floor of the indoor space will include a regulation size (180’ x 330’) athletic field, a regulation size (80’ x 180’) box lacrosse/multi-purpose field, six (6) pickleball courts, multi-use space, and a restaurant area.
Second Floor
The second floor will be home to an additional eight (8) pickleball courts, 1,600 square foot office space, and the overlook/viewing area to the lower fields.
